Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website or social media.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we will do our best to assist you if needed. But please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
