We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns are issued as store credit only.
Return window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return for store credit.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
Email hello@thecutptx.com within 7 days of delivery. If your return is approved, we will send a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
What is not returnable
Perishable goods, Roots Apothecary products, and personal care items such as hair care and beauty products

Sale items and gift cards
Any item marked Final Sale
If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate and make it right with a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Store credit details
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, store credit will be issued to you. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If a prepaid return label is provided, its cost may be deducted from your store credit.
